Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director to join our team.
As an Assistant Director, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our organization.
Your responsibilities will include assisting with program development, managing staff, and ensuring the well-being and safety of the children under our care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing educational programs and curriculum - Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and feedback as needed - Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children - Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, enrollment, and parent communication - Collaborate with the Director to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and quality standards - Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new staff members - Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and managing budgets
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare or related field is required - Familiarity with classroom management techniques and strategies - Knowledge of first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies - Experience working with students with special needs is a plus - Background in infant care or early childhood education is preferred - Previous experience in a daycare or nanny role is beneficial
Qualifications:
