We are located on 8126 Wicker Ave.

Responsibilities Food prep and cooking.
Establish portion sizes.
Ensure kitchen is clean and organized.
Monitor inventory levels and perform weekly inventory.
Be creative with seasonal product and implement.

Qualifications Must hold food serve certificate.
Prior experience in similar position.
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to go up and down the stairs - kitchen is upstairs.
Must be able to lift fifty pounds.
